    A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method which was used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing travel reservation.
    2.2. Return and Change Policy Amending the Service Date Can be applied in case it doesn’t go against the Cancellation Policy.
    2.3. Tour itineraries are subject to change due of the weather, Local conditions and safety factor on the day of the tour but will be similar in content unless stated.
    2.4. Any complaints, claiming, Refund must be submitted written in words within 24 hours after tour happen for be considered.
    2.5. Postpone booking or cancellation will be accept before 12 hours before departure, None refundale for any case except tour cancellation by All Best Trip or Announcement of the Marine Department only.
    2.6. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation requests should be sent via WhatsApp or emailed to provide the Travel Agent with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.

Day Tours Cancellations
• From the day of booking until 5 days Before Service Starts, The amount can be fully refunded in case of Cancellation
• Between 5 Days and 48 Hours before the Service Starts, 50% of the entire Tour Price will be charged.
• In case of Cancellation less than 48 hours before the Service Time, The entire tour price will be charged

Multi Day Tours Cancellations
• From the day of booking until 7 days Before Service Starts, The amount can be fully refunded in case of Cancellation
• Between 5 Days and 48 Hours before the Service Starts, 50% of the entire Tour Price will be charged.
• In case of Cancellation less than 48 hours before the Service Time, The entire tour price will be charged

Transfers and Travel Services Cancellations
• From the day of booking until 5 days Before Service Starts, The amount can be fully refunded in case of Cancellation
• Between 5 Days and 48 Hours before the Service Starts, 50% of the entire service Price will be charged.
• In case of Cancellation less than 48 hours before the Service Time, The entire Service price will be charged

Transfers No Show Policy
Airport Transfers:
Maximum Driver waiting time at the Airport after Plane lands is 90 Minutes for International Flights and 60 minutes for Domestic flights in all The Destinations

Other Transfers:
Maximum Driver Waiting Time at the Pickup Location is 15 minutes

Day Tours No Show Policy
If Guest does not show up in the pick up location for 15 minutes after the pick up time, it will be considered as a Now Show and the Full amount will be Non refundable
